By visiting theleatherhawk or placing an order with us, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. That applies whether you create an account or just browse. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the site. We've kept the language plain on purpose: no legal maze, just clear expectations from a brand that respects your time.
Our Products
Every jacket, accessory, and leather good on The Leather Hawk is described as accurately as possible. That said, there are a few things worth keeping in mind:
- Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than they do in person. Monitors, phones, and tablets all display colors differently, and genuine leather also has natural variations in shade and texture.
- Sizing is approximate. We include detailed size guides on every product page please use them. Leather does stretch and mold to your body over time, but start with the right fit.
- We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. If a price changes after you've placed an order, the price at checkout is what you pay.
- Occasionally, a product may be listed that is out of stock or discontinued. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll let you know promptly and offer a full refund.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order is a straightforward process, but here are the details you should know:

Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and PayPal, as well as other payment methods shown at the checkout. Every single transaction is carried out safely and no information regarding your payment is stored on our servers.

Order Confirmation
Once you check out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The email that we got proves that we got your order; it does not mean that we will ship it, we have to check stocks and take payment first.

Cancellations
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team. We cannot guarantee cancellations after that window, as the order might already be in production or packing for shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our separate Return Policy, which you can find on the website. Please read it before purchasing, especially regarding custom or final-sale items.
Our Content Is Ours
Every photo, description, logo, and piece of copy on this site belongs to The Leather Hawk. You're welcome to share a link. What's not okay is copying our content, using our images on another site, or claiming any affiliation with our brand. If you'd like to feature our products somewhere, just ask.
Governing Law
