Order Processing Time

Standard in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Custom or made-to-order jackets require an additional 5 to 10 business days for production. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

For customers in the United States, standard delivery usually lands within 5 to 8 business days once the order leaves our facility. If you need it sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout and generally delivers in 2 to 3 business days. Depending on your location, international orders typically take between 10 and 21 business days to arrive. Busy seasons, severe weather, and customs backlogs can cause delays, which are beyond our control. We'll always get your order out on time from our end.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the method you pick. If your U.S. order totals $200 or more, standard shipping is on us. For international customers, please know that duties, import taxes, and any customs-related charges are your responsibility. These fees vary a lot by country and we have no way to predict or cover them on your behalf. We always recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Order Tracking

The moment your jacket ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. It won't always be active right away since carriers sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to scan the first update into their system. If nothing appears after 72 hours, please send us a message and we will investigate the issue.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International buyers are fully responsible for any duties, VAT, or import fees their country charges upon arrival of the package. We ship with honest commercial invoices and declared values. We do not mark shipments as gifts or lower the declared amount, so please refrain from asking. Customs clearance timelines vary, and there's nothing we can do to speed up the process from our side.

Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery

Please take a moment to review your shipping address before you click confirm. Mistakes happen, but if you catch one, reach out to us right away at support@theleatherhawk.com. Once a label is printed, changes aren't always possible. If we receive a returned package due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. In those situations, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping the package. Packages that come back unclaimed are held for 14 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says delivered but there's nothing at your door, start by checking around your property and asking neighbors. Sometimes couriers leave packages in unexpected spots. If the package is indeed missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. These investigations usually wrap up in 5 to 10 business days. Once we have an answer, we'll sort out either a replacement or a refund based on what the carrier finds.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your jacket shows up damaged from transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Send an email to support@theleatherhawk.com along with clear photos of the damage and the packaging it came in. The faster you report it, the faster we can resolve it. Reports that come in after that 48-hour window are harder for us to process since carrier claims have deadlines too.
